Happy Sunday! I mostly took a break from my YouTube channel for awhile. I spent thousands of hours studying some cool things around meditation, self-mastery, the Law of Attraction and conscious creation while helping my family in the Midwest.
I’m excited to announce I’m back in California and will be shooting more videos to share what I’ve learned! Below is a new video about how to manage and reduce stress with a guided meditation and some background about how meditation has helped me working in television and during the dot-com bust in Silicon Valley.
