Tips for handling the discomfort of change

So many of us have been going through great transformation that at times feels exciting as well as very challenging and scary. 😳

The mind wants to protect us and have us stay the same in our comfort zones. The monkey mind and inner critic will scream and shout telling us to go back and be safe.And yet life is not about staying the same.

Just look at the changes happening outside with the trees and the flowers. This is a time to bloom. 🌱🌻

It’s important to stay connected and reach out for support from people we trust when the flying monkeys in our heads are hitting us hard. 🐒

I’ve been thwacked quite a few times as I’ve grown and transformed. It ain’t pretty. 🤪

Reaching out for help and accepting it has always been enormously helpful for me. The perfect people show up at the perfect time in the perfect way.

We just need to ask and be receptive. 🤗Each time I move out of my comfort zone, amazing things happen. I get stronger, more resilient, more happy and free.🦋

Love is all around us and within us. That which we seek is seeking us. ❤️

You’ve got this. And the Universe has your back every step of the way. 🌍
