We see all sorts of frightening things in the news about all kinds of crimes in all kinds of neighborhoods and online. It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to feel safe. And yet feeling safe is foundational to peace of mind and mental health.

I talked about this today on Fox 2 News in St. Louis. I recently moved and was feeling stressed with the change in environment and getting set up again in a new place. Makes sense since moving is considered one of the five top most stressful events in life.
