About 80% of resolutions reportedly fail by February so I talked about a unique approach to goals today on Fox 2 News to keep the new year going strong after new year’s resolutions fall flat. Author Danielle LaPorte had an aha one New Year’s Eve – that so many of us go about making resolutions backwards. We resolve to do or get something; and yet what we really want is the feeling we hope to get by attaining our goals. Below are the interview and details on what I shared:
