The joys and mental health benefits of organizing (Fox 2 News in St. Louis interview)

Getting organized and having things where I can find them easily helps me feel calm and happy. Even the process itself of organizing is very calming for me – a moving meditation that helps me get out of mind chatter and the inner critic.

And then there’s the bonus of knowing where things are so I can find what I’m looking for more easily – which helps give me peace of mind when life feels chaotic or if I’m in a rush (not that that ever happens 😆 ).

I’ve been in the process of moving over the past few months. I have Thirty-One bags all over the place – from my home to my car. They have been so, so helpful in keeping my life tidy as I figure out where things are and where to put them next.

Craft Organization. I’m also an avid crafter ever since I was a kid so I’m out of my mind excited about their new craft organizers!
